Use MTX® Washmitt or MTX® Washpad to apply shampoo onto the paint surface. It is advisable to wash from top to bottom to avoid transferring dirt from the bottom of the vehicle. If the vehicle is heavily soiled, rinse the mitt or washpad frequently to wash away any large particles trapped in it.
After shampooing your car rinse thoroughly.
Proceed with drying using either MTX® Chamois, Elite, or Elite Jr. towel. Drag the towel in a single direction across the surface for maximum absorption.
For drying side panel, it is best to fold the towel in two and drag the towel (Note: Drag to one direction only, do not go back and forth). It is best to dry from top-down.
When cleaning glass windows it is best to use a two-towel technique for really soiled windows. Use a slightly damp Suede, Ultra, Plush, or Ultra Plush towel to remove soil and grime from the glass surface. Use a dry Suede or Ultra towel to buff the glass to perfection.
The MTX® Wax Applicator is ideal for wax application. The structure allows wax to be applied evenly with minimal wastage. Apply wax in circular motion for best results.
After the wax has been applied (refer to wax’s manufacturer’s recommended drying times) use Terry, Plush or Ultra Plush towel and buff to a deep smooth gloss finish.
Ultra, Plush, and Ultra Plush is best for automotive interiors. Simply use a dry MTX® towel to remove light dust on most interior surfaces. For soiled surfaces, use a damp MTX® towel to remove the stain followed by dry towel..
